Of the city saunter
Scenes shifting
Energy all around
The jazzy jet set
People pass with purpose
Planning or playing
Along urban avenues
Graced with green gardens
Buttressed by buildings
Bantering with blowing breezes
All are ever aware
Since sidewalks see such smiles
That this town
Tended by tides
From the blue horizon
And the wide world over
Is a proud place
To call home.
